Orders will be worked out within the limit of the stock available.

Certain items will be brought in for you on basis of your firm order and will be listed as "On order".
Items listed as "Out of stock" on our website or items ordered, will generally be restocked within maximum 40 days.

In case the gift box presented in the photo is missing, it will be replaced by another one of equal or greater value and quality.

Cost of transportation is on Buyer’s account and varies depending on distance and weight of the package.
Transportation will be done by express mail.
For international orders an additional 7% will be charged for special packing.

The goods are guaranteed as per Romanian law in force at the date when they are bought.
Customers are requested to refuse damaged packages and to specify this thing on the transport document presented by the agent of the forwarding company, otherwise, subsequent claims are null.
In case you noted that you received other products than the ones ordered or the received goods are defect or you were not content with their quality, we kindly ask you to inform us in writing at e-mail cadouridevis@gmail.com in order to establish, by mutual agreement, the way your claim will be settled.
Products do not derive advantage from guarantee in case the customer does not observe setting up, use, keeping, maintenance etc.  conditions foreseen in the document which accompany the product.
Goods will be returned, if necessary, in its original package and will be accompanied by original invoice issued when bought. The return will be made with receipt confirmation only and goods will be insured at their real value.
Expenses for return of goods are on buyer’s account.
